Jonathan provides oversight and collaboration for all BTR/SFR assets managed by Willow Bridge throughout the southeastern markets. His role is to bring product specific expertise and standardization to our regional management teams. This allows Willow Bridge to combine its local market expertise with a consistent BTR/SFR specific resident and client experience throughout the southeast.

Jonathan originally joined Willow Bridge on the multifamily side where he specialized in the lease-up of new construction luxury mid-rise and high-rise assets. Since moving over to our BTR/SFR platform Jonathan has focused on creating best-in-class management, leasing and marketing practices for this growing sector.  He excels at building exceptional teams and benchmarking performance to correspond with client objectives.
