Darin Rowe is the national president of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation’s Build-To-Rent (“BTR”) Segment.  Taylor Morrison is a leading national homebuilder and developer based in Scottsdale, Arizona with 19 geographic divisions across the country.

Since 2019, Taylor Morrison has partnered with multi-family disrupter Christopher Todd Communities to bring a new type of residential community to markets where Taylor Morrison currently does business.  The communities blend multi-family and traditional for-sale home elements to create a diverse housing offering that has sparked unquestioned consumer demand.  This new and underserved segment has been successful attracting residents who yearn for something better than traditional apartments or no longer need the space of a traditional home but do not want to go back to apartment living.  Residents of our amenitized communities declare themselves “renters by choice”. 

Each community will be branded as a “Christopher Todd Community Built by Taylor Morrison.”  Announced Taylor Morrison BTR markets include Phoenix, Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, Tampa/Sarasota, Orlando and Charlotte with additional expansion markets planned for 2022 and beyond.  Mr. Rowe has almost 30 years of diverse cross-functional operational experience with major homebuilders ranging from Finance and Land Acquisition to complete divisional operations oversight.  Darin’s current focus is on ramping and executing Taylor Morrison’s For-Rent strategy with a growing land pipeline across the markets that we serve.

Mr. Rowe has spent most of his career in Arizona with stints in the Michigan, California and Texas real estate markets. Prior to Taylor Morrison, Mr. Rowe spent 10 years at Meritage Homes in roles that included Vice President of Asset Management.  He also held roles of increasing responsibility at Pulte and Richmond American including Division President for Richmond American’s Phoenix Division.

Darin holds a BBA from the University of Michigan Business School earning High Honors as well as an MBA from Arizona State University earning the same distinction.  Mr. Rowe is a CPA and holds an Arizona real estate license.
