Carl Reichardt

Managing Director, Research, BTIG
Carl Reichardt is Managing Director and Equity Research Analyst at BTIG, LLC, a global investment bank. He covers the homebuilding industry. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the housing sector as an analyst, and at the corporate level.
Carl’s 21-year Wall Street career includes previous roles as an analyst at Wells Fargo (formerly Wachovia) Securities and at Banc of America (formerly Montgomery) Securities.
Carl was named the #2 stock picker in the Household Durables industry by StarMine Refinitiv in 2019. He has been a three-time member of the Institutional Investor All-America research team for his sector, and has been named a Wall Street Journal All-Star Analyst multiple times during his career.
Carl’s experience includes previous work as Managing Director of Research at John Burns Real Estate Consulting, a research and advisory firm serving the U.S. housing industry. He also served as a principal at Stampede Ventures LLC, a manufactured housing retailer serving the Pacific Northwest. He began his career working in a variety of capacities for The Fieldstone Company, a large private homebuilder in Southern California.
Carl received his B.A. in English with Honors from Georgetown University and his M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
Carl serves on the Advisory Board of Family House, Inc., a non-profit organization providing shelter and services to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families in San Francisco.
